Ken is an excellent coach and trainer. His gym is clean and spacious. He takes extra care in cleanliness, masking and distancing. I felt comfortable attending his gym with the extra efforts displayed to keep all safe. I would recommend him to anyone that wishes to have positive motivation in both physical and mental fitness.

Would give this more than 5 stars if that were on option! Ken has tremendous knowledge when it comes to golf performance and nutrition. The results appeared quickly after working with him I am now eating better and hitting the ball much further. The gym is kept in pristine condition and even has a trackman golf simulator and putting green! Would highly recommend Ken and his facility to any ambitious athletes looking to take their game to the next level

The best trainer I have ever had.Ken is so thoughtful and knowledgeable about nutritionists as well. He is a hardworking guy and dedicated to his job. Ain’t wasting time on chatting and pass the time like he doesn’t care, he just hopes all his students get better after taking his course.If you are looking for great coach. This is the perfect place for you.

Started using ken to improve my golf score and got good results quick. I was able to shave strokes off my golf score and get a better understanding of what I needed to do in my swing. He’s also got an amazing gym that is very clean and has everything you need. Don’t hesitate to give him a shout if your trying to fix your game or get into shape!
